We are looking for an (Senior) HR Manager to take care of all HR operations at our Head office in Gurgaon. You will take ownership of all HR matters from employee induction, training & development, employee welfare activities, and administrative liaisoning.

You will be reporting to COO.


Job Description:

Designation:- (Senior) HR Manager

Experience:- 5 years

Job location:- Head Office, Gurugram

Salary:- 3.6L 


  • Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • End to end recruitment process from job description, job post, scrutinising resume, interviews and onboarding

  • Maintaining performance Management system for the entire team

  • Handling employee engagement for a conducive and effective workforce and workplace.

  • Ensures Statutory compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable laws.

  • Prepares Employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews formalities

  • Responsible for processing full & final settlement.

  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, security Services etc.

  • Coordination with Accounts for the payment of Vendors & also for other miscellaneous payments of HR department.

  • Analysing employee training requirements and imparting the same on a fixed schedule cycle (monthly / quarterly).

  • Develop compensation and benefits plans.

  • Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers

  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

  • Review departmental budgets

  • Organise learning and development programs

  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner

  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations

  • Maintaining leave, attendance and salary slip for the employees.

  • Salary Process - updating attendance , Leave summary ,cross verify details before the salary payment etc.

  • Verifying the offer letter & Appointment letters before issuing employees

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, or other issues.

  • Handle Admin and operations for employee facilitation. (eg: coordination with Travel Agencies / ticketing companies etc for booking of tickets for staff travel etc)


Additional skills required:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).

  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)

  • Solid understanding of labour legislation

  • Excellent communication abilities

  • Leadership skills

  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations


Education qualification


Graduation in, B.Sc, BBA.

Post graduation MBA in HR (Regular Course)
